We take great care to ensure the authenticity and quality of all our products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.

All sales are final.

2. Exceptions Under EU Consumer Law

According to Finnish and EU consumer protection regulations, certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:

  • Perfumes, cosmetics, and rebottled samples — for hygiene and safety reasons, once opened or handled, they cannot be resold.

  • Custom-decanted samples or made-to-order items — as these are prepared specifically for each customer.

  • Preloved and secondhand luxury items — sold “as-is,” with full transparency about their condition prior to purchase.

  • Sale or discounted items — cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@duvallluxury.com.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@duvallluxury.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and item

We will review the case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

All items sold by Duvallluxury are 100% authentic.
If you believe you have received a non-authentic item (which is extremely rare), please contact us immediately for review.
If authenticity cannot be verified, a full refund will be issued.
