This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, delivery, and related matters for all orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Finnish public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship from Finland using trusted carriers such as Posti, Matkahuolto, or international postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 🇫🇮 Finland: 2–5 business days

  • 🇪🇺 European Union: 5–10 business days

  • 🌍 International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and postal service conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the total weight of your order, and the selected delivery method.

We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Duvallluxury is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures or for any additional charges once your parcel has left Finland.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to transportation regulations, some perfumes or alcohol-based products may not be shipped to certain countries.

  • We currently do not ship to regions restricted by postal or customs laws.

  • Please contact us at info@duvallluxury.com if you are unsure whether we can ship to your location.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available) via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Duvallluxury is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, and notify us at info@duvallluxury.com so we can assist you.

  • If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help locate it.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return Policy for information about returning or exchanging items.
Returned parcels must be unused, in original condition, and shipped securely to avoid damage.
